Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Rayna Campbell ("Provider") and the participant ("Client") upon registration for the GOLDMINES Masterclass ("Masterclass"). By purchasing and accessing this Masterclass, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Masterclass Details & Access

  • The GOLDMINES Masterclass will take place on April 25, 2024.
  • The Masterclass will be delivered live online at the scheduled time.
  • Replay access will be provided for a limited period at the Provider’s discretion.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • The investment for the Masterclass is $33.33 USD payable in full at the time of purchase.
  • Due to the digital nature of the Masterclass, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • The Client agrees that payment secures access to the Masterclass and is non-transferable.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All materials, concepts, and recordings provided in the Masterclass remain the exclusive property of the Provider.
  • The Client may not share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Masterclass without prior written permission.
  • Any unauthorized use of the Masterclass content may result in legal action.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Provider does not guarantee specific financial outcomes as a result of attending the Masterclass.
  • The Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
  • The Masterclass is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, business, or legal advice.

6. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

  • The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of discussions and proprietary content within the Masterclass.
  • The Provider reserves the right to remove any Client from the Masterclass for inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to harassment, disruptive behavior, or sharing sensitive content outside of the training.

7. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing and registering for the GOLDMINES Masterclass, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
