THE RECEIVER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between RAYNA CAMPBELL GLOBAL LLC hereinafter referred to as the “Facilitator,” and the individual purchasing The Receiver™ experience, hereinafter referred to as the “Participant.”
By purchasing and participating in The Receiver™, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Receiver™ is a 5-day Telegram-based experience designed to support Participants in exploring, rewiring, and embodying new manifestation and identity concepts. This experience includes voice note transmissions, written prompts, and energetic teachings delivered via a private Telegram channel.
This is not therapy, counseling, or financial advice. The content is for educational and informational purposes only.
2. INVESTMENT & ACCESS
The Participant agrees to pay a one-time, non-refundable fee of $55 USD to access The Receiver™.
Access to the Telegram channel begins on the program start date and remains available for the duration of the experience. The Facilitator reserves the right to close access to the group after the experience concludes.
3. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital and energetic nature of this experience, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including inability to participate, dissatisfaction with the content, or change of mind.
4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
The Participant understands that results are not guaranteed. The Facilitator provides tools, perspectives, and energetic teachings; the Participant is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and implementation.
The Participant agrees to maintain the integrity of the space by:
✔ Respecting the confidentiality of other Participants
✔ Not sharing, distributing, or duplicating content outside of the group
✔ Participating from a self-responsible, empowered place
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content shared inside The Receiver™, including but not limited to audio transmissions, written materials, and proprietary frameworks, remains the sole intellectual property of the Facilitator. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Facilitator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in The Receiver™. The Participant acknowledges that personal, energetic, and emotional shifts vary and are not guaranteed.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & CONSENT
By completing the purchase of The Receiver™, the Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
