THE WEALTH VAULT SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: Immediately
By purchasing The Wealth Vault, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions set by [Rayna Campbell Global LLC] ("Company").

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Wealth Vault is a digital product that includes pre-recorded audio sessions, video trainings, and wealth rewiring resources designed to shift financial identity and expand wealth consciousness.

This is a self-paced, lifetime access program—meaning you can access the materials at your own convenience.

2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

  • Investment: Client agrees to pay either $997 one-time or $333/month for 3 months as per the selected payment option at checkout.
  • Payment Plan Terms: If Client selects the payment plan, Client is responsible for completing all payments, regardless of whether they continue to use the program.
  • No Refunds: Due to the instant access nature of this digital program, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, Client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

3. ACCESS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Upon purchase, Client will receive lifetime access to the program content as long as the Company operates The Wealth Vault.
  • All materials, including videos, audio recordings, documents, and proprietary content, are intellectual property of Company and cannot be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed.
  • Unauthorized distribution of program materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and legal action may be pursued.

4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

  • The Company does not guarantee specific financial results, business outcomes, or success from participation in The Wealth Vault.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Company is not responsible for third-party platform outages, but will make reasonable efforts to restore access in the event of disruptions.

7. TERMINATION & REMOVAL

The Company reserves the right to remove Client from the program and revoke access without refund if:

  • Client violates this Agreement, including unauthorized sharing of content.
  • Client engages in harassment, disruptive behavior, or misconduct in any associated community spaces.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA

  • Any disputes must first be addressed via email to [email protected] before taking legal action.
  • If legal proceedings are necessary, they shall take place in the jurisdiction of Los Angeles, California, USA 

9. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing the purchase, Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
