SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Rayna Campbell ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Client," "Participant," or "You"), regarding the purchase and access of digital recorded programs, masterclasses, and related materials (collectively, the "Program"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. PROGRAM ACCESS & DELIVERY
1.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased Program through the Kajabi platform or via email.
1.2. The Program is delivered in digital format, and no physical products will be provided.
1.3. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet access to view and access the materials.
2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
2.1. All sales are final, and no refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.
2.2. If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or revocation of access to the Program.
2.3. Chargebacks or disputes on payments will result in immediate removal from the Program. You agree to contact us first if there are any issues with your purchase.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
3.1. All content within the Program, including but not limited to videos, audios, workbooks, and any other materials, are the exclusive property of Rayna Campbell and are protected by copyright laws.
3.2. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal use only.
3.3. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, modify, or use any part of the Program for commercial purposes or training others without express written permission.
3.4. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of the content may result in legal action.
4. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY RELEASE
4.1. The Program is for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding specific financial, business, or personal results.
4.2. You acknowledge that all success is dependent on your own actions, commitment, and individual circumstances.
4.3. We do not provide financial, legal, or medical advice, and participation in the Program does not establish a client-coach, legal, or financial advisory relationship.
4.4. You release Rayna Campbell, its affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any liability for losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of the Program.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
5.1. Any personal information shared within the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or distributed.
5.2. You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose any confidential information shared during live sessions (if applicable).
6. TERMINATION & REVOCATION OF ACCESS
6.1. We reserve the right to revoke access to the Program without notice if we determine that you have violated any terms of this Agreement, including unauthorized sharing of content or disruptive behavior.
7. GOVERNING LAW
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States of America Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
