SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Rayna Campbell (“Coach”) and the purchaser (“Client”) for participation in SPACE.

1. Program Overview

SPACE is a high-level identity recalibration container designed to support the Client in expanding their energetic capacity, wealth identity, and ability to hold and sustain next-level success through presence and embodiment. This is not a strategy course, therapy, or business coaching program.

The program includes:

  • Access to content portal, live calls, private Telegram group, private sessions if applicable.

  • Lifetime access to pre-recorded materials unless otherwise noted.

2. Payment Terms

By purchasing this program, the Client agrees to the selected payment option (pay in full or payment plan).

  • Pay in Full: $10,000

  • Payment Plan: 12 monthly payments of $833

Payment is non-refundable, and Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Program and denial of future access.

3. Disclaimer

Client understands that results are not guaranteed and that transformation is based on personal application, energetic integration, and the Client’s own participation. The Coach does not provide financial, medical, or legal advice.

This is a spiritual, energetic, and identity-shifting experience intended for personal expansion.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials shared in the Program are the intellectual property of Rayna Campbell and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without express written permission.

5. Boundaries & Conduct

This is a high-level, energetic container. By joining SPACE, the Client agrees to:

  • Show up with integrity and openness

  • Respect the boundaries of the space and all other participants (if applicable)

  • Not misuse the Coach’s time, content, or energy

Breach of energetic integrity may result in removal from the Program without refund.

6. Communication

All communication related to the Program shall be delivered via:

  • Email

  • All inquiries will be responded to within reasonable business hours unless otherwise stated.

7. Legal + Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert your state/country] and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in that region.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the above terms.

This Agreement is binding and effective as of the date of payment.
