TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: September 14, 2026
Welcome to The House of Frequency & Fortune™.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products, programs, courses, events, digital content, and other services offered by Rayna Campbell Global LLC, doing business as The House of Frequency & Fortune™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or participating in one of our programs, you agree to these Terms.
1. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Rayna Campbell Global LLC provides educational and personal-development products and services, which may include digital courses, audio programs, workshops, challenges, live events, coaching programs, memberships, and other educational materials.
Specific products may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase. If additional terms apply to a particular program or service, those terms form part of your agreement with us.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
Our products, programs, content, Rapid Recoding™ materials, coaching, trainings, and other services are provided for educational and personal-development purposes only.
They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services and should not be treated as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care from an appropriately qualified professional.
You are responsible for determining whether our products and services are appropriate for you and for the decisions and actions you take as a result of participating in them.
3. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS
We may share examples, testimonials, client experiences, business results, financial results, or other outcomes for illustrative purposes.
These examples do not constitute a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your circumstances, decisions, actions, participation, experience, skills, and other factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee any particular financial, business, personal, relationship, health, emotional, or other outcome from purchasing or participating in our products or services.
4. PAYMENT
By purchasing a product or service, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.
All prices are displayed in the currency stated at checkout.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule presented at the time of purchase.
A payment plan is not a pay-as-you-go subscription unless expressly identified as such. Choosing to stop participating in a program does not automatically cancel amounts you have agreed to pay.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and may suspend access to the applicable product or program until your account is brought current.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ACCESS
Many of our products are delivered digitally and may provide immediate access after purchase.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account used when purchasing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase provides a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal use.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the materials or intellectual property to you.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because many of our products include immediate access to digital materials, all sales are final unless a different refund policy is expressly stated on the applicable sales or checkout page or required by applicable law.
Before purchasing, please review the product description and any product-specific refund or cancellation terms carefully.
If a specific product or program is offered with a refund period or guarantee, the terms of that particular offer will govern.
Failure to access, download, attend, watch, or otherwise use a purchased product does not by itself create a right to a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
7. LIVE PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
Some purchases may include live calls, workshops, challenges, coaching sessions, events, or other scheduled experiences.
Dates, times, instructors, delivery methods, and schedules may occasionally need to change. When reasonably necessary, we reserve the right to modify scheduling or delivery while providing substantially equivalent access or content where appropriate.
If recordings or replays are included, the availability and duration of replay access may vary by offer.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided by Rayna Campbell Global LLC are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, without limitation, videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, frameworks, methods, exercises, presentations, graphics, course materials, program names, and other proprietary content.
The House of Frequency & Fortune™ and Rapid Recoding™, together with associated proprietary materials and branding, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, taught, published, uploaded, shared, modified, or used commercially without our prior written authorization.
Purchasing one of our consumer products or programs does not grant you permission to teach, facilitate, reproduce, or commercially use the Rapid Recoding™ method or materials.
Any professional rights granted to certified or trainee Rapid Recoding™ Facilitators are governed separately by the applicable certification and licensing terms.
9. ACCOUNT AND CONTENT SHARING
Your access is for you.
You may not share login credentials, course access, recordings, downloads, worksheets, paid content, or other protected materials with another person unless we expressly authorize you to do so.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe materials or account credentials are being shared or used in violation of these Terms.
10. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Where a product includes access to a group, community, live call, chat, or other interactive environment, participants are expected to behave respectfully and protect the privacy of other participants.
We may remove a participant from a community or interactive environment for abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, disruptive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
Removal for violation of these standards does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
11. TESTIMONIALS AND PARTICIPANT CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, success story, or other content to us for promotional use, any use of that material will be subject to the permission or release associated with that submission.
Participation in a program alone does not give us unrestricted permission to use your name or image, for advertising.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our websites and products may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, course platforms, video-conferencing services, social-media platforms, and other technology providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, policies, security, content, or performance of independent third-party services.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rayna Campbell Global LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, programs, websites, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing, business decisions, financial decisions, relationships, and results.
Participation in our products or programs does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
15. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a valid payment obligation or change the terms of a purchase.
We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, checkout terms, access records, communications, and other appropriate documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in response to a payment dispute.
16. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We may suspend or terminate access to a product, program, community, or service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse our intellectual property, share protected content or account access without authorization, engage in unlawful conduct, or materially disrupt our programs or communities.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version published on this page will display the date it was last updated. Changes will apply prospectively except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Your purchase remains subject to any product-specific contractual terms that applied when you purchased.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rayna Campbell Global LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
